PARENTS SCHOOL RELATIONSHIP

Dear Parents,

Your child is the most important person in our school. You have entrusted your child to our care and for this we are greatful to you. Together we work for the development of your child, our student. Therefore all the co-operation you can give to the school will contribute to the growth and all round development of your child.

  1. Co-operation between parents and school authorities is of paramount
importance for the ultimate achievement of the school's objectives in the
education of our pupils. It is essential that the parents carry out the
responsibilities as joint educators with the school authorities.
They should also take a keen interest in every aspect of the school
authorities. The attendance of all parents at school functions would be
deeply appreciated by the school authorities.
  2. It is the duty of the parent to see that their children come punctually to school and are clean and neatly dressed.
  3. Parents are particularly requested to sign the assessment card or assessment sheets when issued. Parents are
also requested to keep a check on the attendance and leave record of their child.
  4. Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school authorities of any change in the address or
         contact number.
  5. When communicating with the school authorities parents and guardians are requested to share in their letters the
name, class and section in which the child studing.
  6. Complaints if any should be made to the school authorities and not to the class teacher or other parents.
  7. Parents and guardians who wish to meet teachers on school days must arrange an interview with the concerned
teacher in her free period through the Principal.
  8. Parents and guardians are requested to meet the teacher on 'Open day' and PTA meetings regarding the child's
         growth and progress.
  9. Participation of all students in all the activities of the school is compulsory and parents must co- operate with the
         school authorities in this regard.
  10. The school will not be responsible for money or book lost by the pupils, all articles belonging to the child should
be marked with child's full name. However any loss or damage should be immediately reported to the Principal /
          Class Teacher.
  11. Criticism of a child's teacher or the school in the child's presence should be avoided because it causes the pupil
to lose his / her respect for his / her teacher with the consequent failure to learn from her.
